· ORIGIN SERVICES

1. Upon your request, or sales representative will set an appointment to visit your residence and perform the relevant survey of your household goods to be moved in order to estimate the cost involved in the operation.Once you receive or quotation and it is authorized, a new appointment will be set for our personnel to visit your residence and start packing your goods for international transportation with top quality materials fitted for each article.

2. Your goods will be stuffed inside of a custom made wooden liftvan for air transportation or standard ocean containers: 20, 40 and feet, according to each case or need.

3. For your convenience and security, upon your request, we may load your goods into the container right in front of your residence with not extra cost.

4. Inland transportation of your goods from your resindence to our warehouse, port or airport of exit is included in these services (within the Great Caracas area only). Other locations will be quoted according the distances.

5. Customs clearance, document  handling and cargo inspections, as well as booking arrangements and ocean / air freight payments are also included.

· DESTINATION SERVICES

1. Customs clearance an inland transportation of your goods from port / airport of entry to your new residence at destination.

2. Delivery, unpacking and setting of goods wherever you need within your new home. Packing materials and debris will be removed from your home once unpacking is completed.

3. Payment arrangements for destination services are also included.
